ENGLISH: Imagine an enclave right on the border between Umbria and Tuscany, separated from everything, in open countryside, but a step away from the higway and the railway station of Chiusi, the thermal baths, good wine of Montepulciano, a hundred meters from natural oasis of the Lake of Montepulciano, in front of one of the most beautiful sunsets over the Valdichiana Valley that can be imagined: Well, this is the "Casa vacanze Il Macchione, an old farmhouse built in 1777 organized into 4 units with old furniture and renovated with great respect for this old house made of wood and bricks.

The house is divided into 4 apartments for more than 80 square meters each. The one consisting of two bedrooms, bathroom and living room with kitchen.
Around the property there is an area of approximately 12 acres with a wood oven, grill and ample space for relaxing in front of Lago di Montepulciano that can be reached on foot within several minutes via a quiet country lanes.

ITALIANO:Immaginate un’enclave giusto al confine tra Umbria e Toscana, separata da tutto, in aperta campagna, ma a un passo dall’autostrada del sole e dalla stazione della direttissima  a Chiusi, dalle terme, dal buon vino di Montepulciano,  a cento metri dall’oasi naturalistica del lago di Montepulciano, di fronte a uno dei più bei tramonti sulla Valdichiana che si possano immaginare: ebbene, questa è la Casa vacanze Il Macchione , un antico casale del 1777 organizzato in 4 alloggi arredati con cura  con mobilio “di casa” e ristrutturato con grande rispetto per questa antica dimora nel verde fatta di legno e mattoni.

La casa è divisa in 4 appartamenti da oltre 80 mq. Ognuno composto da due camere, bagno e soggiorno con angolo cottura.
Intorno vi è un’area di proprietà di circa 3 ettari con forno a  legna, barbecue e ampi spazi per il relax  e per prendere il sole di fronte al Lago  di  Montepulciano che può essere raggiunto a piedi in  pochi minuti attraverso una stradina campestre.

DEUTSCH: Stellen Sie sich ein idyllisches Anwesen in der Grenzregion zwischen der Toskana und Umbrien vor, abgelegen von allem Trubel in der freien Natur und doch zugleich nur wenige Minuten der Autobahn A1 und dem Bahnhof von Chiusi entfernt, das ganz in der Nähe von Entspannung versprechenden Thermen, dem guten Wein von Montepulciano sowie in Blickweite des gleichnamigen Sees (See von Montepulciano: 100 m) gelegen und einer der Orte mit den schönsten Sonnenuntergänge über der Valdichiana ist: genau das ist unser Ferienhaus „Landgut Macchione“ bekannt.
Das Bauernhaus aus Backstein und Holz wurde im Jahr 1777 erbaut, später in 4 Appartements aufgeteilt und von uns mit großer Sorgfalt restauriert sowie mit Möbeln aus derselben Epoche ausgestattet.
Alle vier Appartements sind über 80 qm groß und verfügen jeweils über zwei Zimmer, einem Bad sowie einem Wohn-Esszimmer mit Kochnische. In jedem Appartement steht Ihnen ein kostenfreier Internetanschluss zur Verfügung.
Das Haus ist umgeben von einem 3 ha großen Garten, in dem Sie einen Holzofen sowie einen Grill vorfinden, und den Sie zum Entspannen und Sonnen nutzen können.
Den See von Montepulciano erreichen sie von unserem Landhaus ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß über einen kleinen Feldweg.
